Trustees

The Trust has a Board of seven trustees who are elected by beneficiaries of the Trust who are eighteen years and over. Each year, one trustee must rotate off (usually the longest serving trustee who may stand for re-election). The trustee election coincides with the annual general meeting.

The Trustees are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Trust and must ensure that the goals and objectives are implemented and achieved by the management team. The Trust is guided by its Trust Order, Strategic Plan, Code of Conduct and bench marks itself against other organisations of a similar size and value.
